Share your experience of perimenopause, menopause and mental health

Take part in my global survey to help improve education and treatment

Every day I hear from women who tell me their mood or mental health has been impacted by perimenopause and menopause. Now, I’d like to gather data from women all over the world on this subject, including YOU!

My survey aims to gather data on the mental health impacts of perimenopause and menopause. It covers experiences of mood changes, cognitive effects, access to treatment and the availability of support in different healthcare systems around the world.

The findings will be used to inform public health discussions, improve clinical awareness and highlight cultural differences in how menopause is addressed worldwide.

Can you spare 10 minutes to complete the survey? Participation is anonymous and voluntary, and I hope you’ll find it worthwhile, particularly knowing that you could be helping to improve education on perimenopause and menopause, and treatment and support for women.
