What is your experience of hormonal health? Perhaps you’ve struggled to get the right help, found a treatment that has made a difference, or are still looking for answers. Whatever your experience, we want to hear from you.
Dr Louise Newson has launched a new Women’s Hormonal Health Survey to better understand your experiences of hormonal health and the care and support you have received.
The anonymous survey is open to women aged 18 and over, anywhere in the world, whether or not you have ever received a diagnosis or been prescribed hormone treatment.
It asks about your experiences of having symptoms recognised, accessing hormone treatments and how your hormonal health has affected different areas of your life.
The survey takes about 10 to 20 minutes to complete and your answers are anonymous. You can answer as many questions as you can, and every response will help build a stronger picture of women’s experiences.
Share your experiences
Dr Louise said: ‘There is always more we can do, and the people best placed to tell us how are women themselves.
‘That’s why I’d be so grateful if you could spare a little time to share your experiences with us. Every response is invaluable and will help us understand where change is needed and shape what we do next.’
The findings may be used in research, reports and wider communications, helping to bring women’s real-life experiences to the attention of clinicians, policymakers and others involved in improving hormonal healthcare.
