A downloadable guide to record symptoms, and monitor changes in your symptoms after treatment

For many years, conversations around perimenopause and menopause (if discussed at all) have been framed in terms of hot flushes and night sweats.

However, while around 70% of perimenopausal and menopausal women experience hot flushes and night sweats, there are many more common and often more severe symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

Hormone receptors are present on every cell in your body, so when levels of oestradiol (the beneficial type of oestrogen), progesterone and testosterone fluctuate and fall during perimenopause and menopause, this leads to many symptoms occurring as well as risks to future health.

This extensive questionnaire has been developed by Newson Research as way to record your symptoms. It is worth completing this at regular intervals to assess how your symptoms change with time or improve with treatment.

You can download a copy of the questionnaire below and share with your healthcare professional at your consultations.
